Bakery
School for anyone wanting to improve their own baking skills. Starting at 10am this is a no nonsense bread making day where you will learn to make the perfect sour dough culture with Aidan Chapman. During the day you will learn to make your own bread or pizza to enjoy over a relaxing lunch. The cost of the
Monday
Bakery
School is £120 per person per day.
You can also include 1 or 2 night’s accommodation at the contemporary and stylish 4*B+B Weymouth http://www.bb-weymouth.com/promotions.html

If improving your CV is your primary objective then why not book one of The Phoenix Bakery's Apprenticeship Saturdays where you will work the whole day as Aidan’s apprentice increasing your knowledge and expertise.
Apprenticeship Saturdays fee: £180 per day.
